We stock multiple capsule systems on our Store, but we do not manufacture the products ourselves. The compatibility is clearly stated under the information of the actual product. We strive to ensure the best compatibility with all our capsules. However, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility.

NESPRESSO® MACHINE OWNERS

Q: Will the capsule work in my Nespresso® machine?
A: We are continuously striving to ensure that our capsules work in all Nespresso ® machines. However, we recommend only our Signature Range should you have an automatic Nespresso ® U, U Milk or Nespresso ® Inissia machine. You can read here why the newest open back capsule design works better on the newer Nespresso® machines. All other Nespresso® machines are fine to use with all our Nespresso® compatible capsules.

FREE DELIVERY POLICY

  • Free delivery is only valid for capsules orders over R500 that were placed through the Online Store and only for specific areas where Fastway (Courier) delivers to (more specifically to all areas in brown, yellow and orange). For Fastway areas in grey (rural sticker), we do charge an extra R69 or can alternatively ship the order for free via the Post office (if capsule order is valued over R500).
  • All other orders that lay outside the above mentioned Fastway delivery routes will be shipped with the Post Office.
  • Orders below R500 will incur a nominal fee of R69.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Q: How long will I have to wait for my Coffee capsules direct delivery?
A: Coffee capsules direct strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances the time it takes from when an order is placed until it is dispatched for delivery is approximately 3 working days. For payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT), no dispatch occurs until the money has cleared in our account. All orders paid Monday to Thursday before 2pm and Friday before 10am leave the same day, otherwise next day in the afternoon. No fulfilment or deliveries will take place Saturdays or Sundays.

Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods

• Main Centres: 1 to 3 working days (from time of dispatch, not from time when order was placed)

• Regional Areas normal postal service: 5 to 7 working days (from time of dispatch, not from time when order was placed)

Q: Is it possible to arrange a specific delivery time?
A: Coffee capsules direct is not able to confirm a specific delivery date or time as we make use of a Courier company. Deliveries will only take place during business hours unless special arrangements have been made with the Courier. If the Courier company is unable to effect delivery over three attempts, the parcel will be returned to sender and delivery will be re-routed at client´s expense.

Q: What do I need to present when I accept my delivery?
A: You may be requested to produce your ID and/or credit card at the time of delivery for fraud prevention purposes. Please note that we accept product returns within 7 working days after receipt.

 

DELIVERY ROUTES

Q: How do I know if Fastway (Courier) delivers to me?
A: It is simple, just follow this link. Select the region you live in. We deliver to all areas in brown, yellow and orange zones. For Fastway areas in grey (rural sticker), we do charge an extra R69 or can alternatively ship the order for free via the Post office (if capsule order is valued over R500). For all other areas it would be normal postal service with the South African Post Office.

Q: What if I am outside Fastway delivery zone?
A: We will send the parcel normal postal service, insured via the South African Postal Service. It is preferable to use a PO Box number. If unavailable, please use physical address. Delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days. If required sooner or door to door service rather contact us via our contact page.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Q: I placed my order. When will it be dispatched?
A:
We usually dispatch parcels within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Should you not have received a tracking number 5 days after you placed an order, please contact us via our contact page. If you have paid via EFT, please make sure to email us your proof of payment preferable directly from your bank account on transfer.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: As soon as our Coffee capsules direct store has dispatched your order, we will send you an email containing the courier tracking number for your order. We will also include our courier contact details.

Should you not have received a tracking number 5 days after you placed an order, please contact us via our contact page.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns must be sent via normal postal service with the SA Post Office to PO Box 41, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town 7420. The customer has to notify Coffee capsules direct that goods are being returned, and a copy of the proof of return (image) stating the tracking number has to be sent to one of our email accounts.

Q: How do returns work?
A: Should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason, you may return the goods to Coffee capsules direct within seven days of receipt. The goods must be returned with all packaging and documentation and be undamaged in any way. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods.

Please send the goods via normal postal service with the SA Post Office to PO Box 41, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town 7420.

Once Coffee capsules direct receives the returned goods, you will get a full refund for the item. However, please note that all direct costs incurred by Coffee capsules direct associated with the order such as actual delivery costs will be taken off the amount refunded to you.

Q: What happens if I am not happy with the product I receive?
A: According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 7 days to effect a return following the day of the arrival of the goods. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and documentation, and in a re-saleable state. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.

If an order is cancelled/returned, a 15% handling fee will be levied to cover processing/handling costs.

If an unwanted product is returned and exchanged for a different product, you will be charged or refunded any price difference, and you will be charged for return shipping.

Q: What happens if the capsules are not compatible with my machine?
A: If for some reason, the capsules are not compatible with your specific machine, please contact us immediately to issue a refund. According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 7 days to effect a return following the day of the arrival of the goods. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable state. Only orders with less than 5% usage will be fully refunded. All returns with over 5% usage will be refunded at a pro-rata rate.
